For over 25 years I've been working with people to support their emotional wellbeing and help them reach their full potential.
My early experience working in charities and in voluntary roles fired up my early interest in becoming a counsellor, and I subsequently did my diploma in counselling studies here in the UK. After moving to the USA I began studying with the Boulder Psychotherapy Institute where I specialised in existential psychotherapy, and established myself as a licensed practitioner working with individual clients, couples and groups before returning to the UK in 2015.

Fast forward to today, and my practice is growing as I train to become an ICF-accredited coach with the Association of Executive Coaching. This move has been a natural one, with many similarities and synergies between the two disciplines. In particular, I'm really interested in how early childhood experiences impact on the way adults perform in work settings, and how a deeper understanding of that can support development of a better, chosen leadership style.

Helping people reach their full potential has been more than a career choice for me. It gives me purpose.

I'd love to hear about your life journey, and help you to live with peace and purpose.
